★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياوزارة الصحة المشكلة عندكم تقريبا موحده في جميع المستشفيات والي هي توفرون مباني ضخمه وفخمه تقدر بالملايين..... بينما الكادر الطبي لديكم دون المستوى والتطلعات..... الصحه خصوصا امر مهم ياجماعه ولا يقبل اي مساومه او تقصير...... الارتقاء بالمستوى الطبي هذي مسؤليتكم وامانه ستسئلون عنها يوم القيامة..... الامر الثاني.... موظفين الصحه المكتبيين والاداريين بحاجه الى دورات في مقابله الجمهور.... معظم من يزور المستشفيات وخصوصا الطواريئ يكونون بحاله نفسيه سيئه ومتوترين.... ويحتاجون (عالاقل) الى معامله حسنة. ياجماعه التأخر الطبي هذا يسئ لسمعه المملكه لانه في اجانب يتعالجون بالمستشفى ويشوفون الامكانيات المترديه ذي..... الدوله ماقصرت وميزانيتكم من اعلا الميزانيات التي تصرف عالقطاعات... ومع ذلك يتم انفاق الاموال على المباني واهمال مابداخلها من اجهزه طبيه وكادر طبي واداري...... والله انه شيئ مؤسف بان يصل الفساد في قطاعكم لدرجه ان المريض هو من يترجاكم لعلاجه بينما هي مسؤليتكم..... وبالنسبه لرقم الشكاوي ٩٧٣ ماهو الا ابره بنج مؤقته..... ياما بلغنا ولارأينا اي تجاوب او تطوير..... اصواتنا راحت هدر وصحتنا في خطر معكم

انا في احد حملات الحج الان في جده للاسف لا يوجد اي تباعد ولا فحص توكلنا والعدد بالعشرات في مساحه ضيقه جدا الغالبيه كبار سن ولا يوجد اي اماكن للجلوس

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته لدي شكوى بخصوص مستشفى العيون بالصفا بجده حيث راجعت بولدي للطوارئ وهومصاب بالجلوكوما وانفصال الشبكيه ولديه تورم في عينه اليسرى ولم نجد أي اهتمام ولا يوجد لديهم جهاز قياس ضغط العين وقالو تعال وقت الدوام وعندما حضرت وقت الدوام لم نجد أي اهتمام والموظفين أغلبهم على الجوالات ولا كأنهم في عمل رسمي نرجو من الله ثم منكم النظر في وضع المستشفى.

ليس من المعقول شكوى منذُ سنتين وهي تحت المعالجة كُل ماأتصلنا على ٩٣٧ يذكرون بأنها تحت المعالجة . طيب ومالعمل في هذا التقصير ؟
