★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the office in jeddah where I live about 6 weeks ago to ask for retirement money the service was good and the people there were very helpful although they asked to apply for retirement through their app . Especially the security people at the gate they were very friendly. The women branch service is provided on line so I had to go to the men’s section , but they answered all my inquiries very professionally.
