★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مَ يردون ابداً على الرقم مهما حاولت تتصل لا مسؤول المعاملات ( دايماً يقول الشخص المطلوب غير متواجد ) و الاستقبال كذالك ع التحويلة ١٠٤٢ حتى في حال طلب المساعدة محد يرد !!! للامانة شي يزعل و لا يرتقي لتوجه دولتنا العزيزة و لا يواكب التحول الرقمي لـ رؤية ٢٠٣٠
Unfortunately, they never answer the number, no matter how hard you try to call, the transaction officer (the person always says the person is not available) and the reception is also on ext. 1042, even if someone asks for help, no one answers!!! To the Secretariat, something upsets and does not rise to the direction of our dear country and does not keep pace with the digital transformation of Vision 2030.
