★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استلمت الغرفة بعد الساعة ١١ ودفعت كامل الايجار لليوم وطلب تأمين ٥٠ ريال في حال تأخرنا عن الخروج الساعة ٣ العصر. اسلوب غير مناسب في التعامل اذا استلمنا الشقة وقت متأخر لايحق لنا المطالبة بالفرق وفي حال تأخرنا عن الخروج ياخذون الفرق ?
 I received the room after 11 o'clock and paid the full rent for the day and asked to secure 50 riyals in case we were late to go out at 3 pm. An inappropriate way of dealing if we received the apartment late does not have the right to claim the difference and if we are late to go out they take the difference ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ توي طالع منها وتوبه استاجر فيها شقه وصخه مافيه تنظيف للمفارش والمخاد والبطاطين تحسست بسبتها وطلعت منها واستاجرت في اللي قدامها انصحكم فيها اللي قدامها شقق نظيفه والعمال ينظفون على مدار الوقت انصحكم فيها وكل شي فيها نظيف وريحة البخور متنظفين احسن من العشه ذي ومايستاهلون ولا نجمه خساره فيها الدراهم حتى الاستقبال مصري اخلاقه طالعه مع حلقه

الديكور حليو ..
الاثاث ... مقاوم لكلمة جيد ...
النظافة ... ممتازة
التكييف ... متواضع مع المكيفات الشباك.
السعر ... بالنسبة لحالة الشقق ( مبالغ فيه ).
ممكن لو تزيد 20 ريالا تجد افضل منها بكثير.
Furnished apartments ... for an urgent and necessary need and not for comfort ... the smell for you in the apartment reception ...
Decor is sweet ..
The furniture ... is word resistant ... good ...
Cleanliness ... excellent
A / C ... modest with window A / C's.
Price ... for the condition of the apartments (overrated).
It is possible that if it exceeds 20 riyals, you will find it much better.
