The place is clean and beautiful, the location is great, the price is cheap and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع ممتاز .. جميع الاحتياجات اليوميه قريبه وخصوصا المخابز والحلويات والمطاعم
ولكن الشقق مستواها وسط من ناحية النظافه وعدم توفر بعض الضروريات بها
The location is excellent .. all daily needs are close, especially bakeries, sweets and restaurants
But the apartments are of a middle level in terms of cleanliness and the lack of some necessities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه غير موفقه معهم خصوصا موظف الإستقبال المصري جيته وقاس الحرارة وتطبيق توكلنا وفعلا ارتحت لانه حسيت انهم مهتمين بالاجرآت الاحترازية وتفاجأت انه دخل بعدي زبونين وانا وقف أمامه ما طلب منهم شي ولا قاس الحرارة قسم بالله هذا ما حصل امامي والله على ما اقول شهيد بتاريخ ١٢/٦/٢٠٢١ الساعه تقريبا ١١ مساءً
الغرف والاثاث خصوصا يحتاج اعادة تحديث خصوصا دورات المياه بدون اي ادوات تنظيف صابون شامبوا حتى مناديل فاين مافيه بالشقه كلها ايضا حاطين فقط مجلا والعامل يقول هذا مطبخ بدون غلايه ولا هيتر
لا انصح بها نهائي

The rooms and furniture in particular need renovation, especially the bathrooms without any cleaning tools, soap, shampoo, even tissues.
I don't recommend it at all

نضافة ممتازة هو فندق متوسط و أسعاره ممتازة جدا
Respectful behavior from the staff at the reception
Excellent cleanliness, it is an average hotel and its prices are very excellent

والفرش نظيف
ولكن فيه عيب واحد وياليت ينحل الوضع
ريحة الصرف الصحي لا تطاق
وحرام شقق نظيفه يكون الخارج روائح كريهه وبالدخول والخروج نشمها ونمشي عليها

The sewage smell is unbearable
It is forbidden for clean apartments to have unpleasant odors outside, and when entering and exiting we smell them and walk on them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصخخخخه والحمامات دماااااار وحسافه كل ريال فيها.... ليت راعي العماره يخاف من الله ويعيد ترميمها
مافيها ولا ملعقه...
It shrieked, and the bathrooms were bloody, and every riyal in them was stingy.... I wish the shepherd of the building would fear God and restore it.
