t	trainer A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العيوب والمميزات كالتالي المميزات : ١-نظافة ٢-عندهم شقق اوسع من الأخرى مع انهم كلهم غرفتين وصالة ألا أنه كمساحة شقة رقم ٢٠٨ و شقة ٢٠٤ اكبر مساحة من البقية وشرحة وطبعا هذا بمقابل قيمة مالية اكثر (بقليل) ٣- حمامين .. واحد عام والثاني بغرفة النوم (اتكلم عن شقق الغرفتين) ٤- سخان يعمل بامتياز ٥- يوجد غلاية ومايكرويف وموقد كهربائي بالمطبخ وفيه ملاعق واشياء بسيطة جدا فالافضل تجيب اغراضك معك ٦- النوافذ كلها فيها شتر يقلل ضوصاء الشارع ويحجب الضوء بشكل كامل ممتاز (حبيت الشتر) ولو انه يعمل يدوي وليس بضغطة زر ٧- الموظفة مي اخلاق وخدمة في الاستقبال الله يجزاها خير والموقع وسط البلد بحيث يكون قريب من اغلب الاشياء وطبعا فيه شقة بغرفة نوم واحدة العيوب: ١- مافيه كوفي بنفس السكن يمكن عشانهم قبال جافا كافيه ومكتفين به ٢- فيه ريحة سيئة جدا بأدراج المطبخ السفلية كأنها بيارة واتوقع انه خارج عن إرادة السكن بسبب التمديد او ماشابه ولكن لو حطو معطرات او بخور ولو نوع متواضع بيكون شي جيد لأن الشقق نظيقة وحسافة تخرب عليها الريحة ٣- اقرب بقالة مشي ٥ دقايق تقريبا او دقيقتين بالسيارة وكذلك الخدمات الاخرى والمطاعم ووو كلها لازم سيارة ٤- لايوجد مرافق ترفيهية للأطفال كغرفة العاب وماشابه ولايوجد إفطار طبعا ٤- أزمة مواقف سيارة خاصة بالعطل إذا فادك التعليق لايك مع الشكر Defects and features as follows Advantages : 1-cleaner 2-apartments have wider than the other because they are all with two rooms and a lounge not that an apartment number 208 as space and 204 apartments an area larger than the rest and slice and of course this paid more financial value (slightly) 3 bathrooms .. one year and a second bedroom (I'm talking about the two rooms apartments) 4.
