★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ارجوا من ادارة الشقق الانتباه لهذه الملاحظات
الشقق نظيفه جدا والاستقبال متعاون لكن عليه الملاحظات هذه
انا قبل اسبوع كلمتهم وقالوا مافي فاضي كله فل وكنت مكلم قريبي انه يروح يحجز عندهم بنفس الدقايق يكلمني يقول حجزت لك انبهرت قلت قبل خمس دقايق يقولي فل كيف طلع الحجزلما جيتهم قالوا عندنا شقتين فاضيه اختاري اللي تبين
ونفس الشي الاسبوع هذا اكلم بعد محاوله اتصال ويحطون رسالة صوتيه واخيرا ردت الحرمه وقالت فل ولما وصلت بنفسي كان فيه هندي قال كله فل وانا طالعه رجعت سألته متى يفضون طيب بكره الايضحك الهندي قال في موجود حاليا كله نظيف شقتين بس الحرمه طالعه وماقدر اسوي لك شي تعالي الساعه عشره قلت الان تقول فل ليش تكذب علي قال عشان ماقدر اسوي لك شي ولاحجز

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته ثانيًا محتار من وين ابدا من شدة العجب الذي اراه في هذا المكان القذر مدري اتكلم عن الحمامات او المطبخ ولا ايش حرفيًا مناظر مثيره للأشمئزاز لدرجه غيرت الشقه على امل ان تكون الشقه الثانيه نظيفه على الاقل ولكن وياللصدمه طلعت حتى الثانيه اردى واخس من الاولى حتى الدرايش وصخه جدا وعليها اشياء سوداء تثير رغبتك بالأستفراغ كما إن وراء الأسره ايضًا يتواجد غبار مدري من كم سنه السيلكون حق المطبخ لونه اسود اثر الفطريات والعفن حتى الأمور الدقيقه الي تعجب الشخص ماهي متقنه ابدا ولا اتحدث لكم عن مدى رائحه المكان كانت رائحته سيئه بشكل فظيع بحثت في كل زاويه من الشقه حتى اجد سببها ولن تصدقون اين كان المصدر كان!!! كان بالغساله!! نعم نعم بالغساله منشفه لا علم لي من اي عصر باتت بها ريحتها جثوه اقسم انها اسوء ريحه مرت علي محافظين على النظافه من الخارج ما تعمقتم حتى وعمال التنظيف ليتهم ينظفون جيدًا حتى من تحت الكنب ما ينظفون ليه تساؤل عظيم ليه؟!؟! بالرغم من ان الحي راقي الا ان كل زاويه في هذه الشقق مقرفه حتى العطر الي تحطونه ريحته تخليك تندم على اهدار تنفسك عليها انا ساكن هنا لأني مضطر يعني بالله اين النظافه التي تحدثتم عنها؟ هل فعلا تستحقون الخمس نجوم؟ والله امر مخزي

I don’t know if I am talking about the bathrooms or the kitchen, and there are literally no scenes so disgusting that I changed the apartment, hoping that the second apartment would at least be clean. It is worse than the first, even the drake and very dirty with black things that provoke the desire to vomit, and behind the beds there is also dust that is unknown from how old the kitchen silicon is black due to fungi and mold. Terribly bad I searched every corner of the apartment until I found the cause and you won't believe where the source was!!! It was washing machine!! Yes, yes, in the washing machine, a towel. I do not know from what era the smell of it became a dead body, I swear it is the worst smell that has passed me by maintaining cleanliness from the outside. You did not even go deep, and the cleaning workers were accused of cleaning well, even from under the sofa. Why do they clean? Why?! Although the neighborhood is elegant, every corner in these apartments is disgusting, even the perfume you put in, its smell makes you regret wasting your breath on it. Do you really deserve five stars? God is a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا الان متواجد في الشقة وزبون من سنوات كل شي ممتاز الا تعامل ((الاستقبال ))يطفشونك مايردون عليك الا بعد عناء واذا ردت عليك الموظفة تتحسسك انها متفضله عليك اسلوبهم سييء مع الزبائن هذا من فترة نفس الأسلوب والتعامل السيء معى الزبائن ياليت الادارة يشوفون حل مع الاستقبال دمتم بود

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا السلام عليكم ثانيا الشقق حلوه لاكن الرسبشين يكرهك بالشقه فيه وحده متحجبه نص حجاب هذي معاملتها زفت مع الزباين وزفت مع الاتصال ماترد ننزل نحصلها جالسه عند الاستقبال ولا ترد ونسألها ليش ماتردين تسفهني على بالي انها ماتتكلم تعبانه اللي فاجأتني فيه انه جاها مسؤول سوري ونا جالس انتظر اللموزين وترد عليه ب اسلوب راقي والابتسامة شاقه وجهها من الفرحه وتاخذ وتعطي معهم والزباين معاملتهم مثل الجدار والصراحه مثل هذي الشخصية تكرهك بالشقه واتمنى من الادارة تشوف شغلها معها ( للمعلومية جالسين في الشقة اكثر من اسبوع )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع الشقق مره ممتازه ومن كم سنه نتعامل معاهم من اكثر١٠ سسنوات لدرجه فقدنا الشقق بعد مااجورها ع شركة كم سنه من جد مريحه لنا لنا نجيها عوايل وناخذ عندهم ٤ شقق من زمان وتعاملنا معاهم مو تو.
لاكن انا الا مقهوره منه واتمناء يلغون عقدها من جد قاهرتنا كلنا وحده بلاستقبال محجبه اسم انه حجاب. تعاملها زفت زفت مره ولا ترد علي اي استفسار ابد ودي اهاوشها لاكن هي تتركنا وتروح تدخل بفرفه حسبي الله. تعاملها تاشر بيدها وبس اتمناء يلغونها مره حرام وحده مثل هاذي. تخرب سمعة الشقق. كرهنا المكان بسببها وربي. والله ثم والله ع بالي يوم ما ترد علي ع بالي صما وبكما لاكن حصلتها تكلم بجوالها. وصلو لها انا نكرها من تعاملها وبس
