★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الطاولات عندهم جميل وكل فترة يكون عندهم اشكال جديد تعاملت معهم مرتين (( خدمة التوصيل عندهم جداً جداً سيئه تخلي الواحد يبحث عن بديل عنهم ??
Their tables are beautiful and every time they have new shapes I dealt with them twice ((delivery service is very, very bad, let one look for an alternative for them ??

بعد مايبيعوا وياخدو الفلوس يقولو القطع مو متوفره في السعوديه وانجلس احنا ننتظر متى توصل ولا يعطونا تاريخ محدد
انتبهوا منهم والله يقولو متوفره بعدين يوروطوكم وادفعوا وانتظروا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع احترامي لكن اسوأ فرع في الريدسي مول موظفين كثير على غير سنع و غير بشوشين و خدمتهم بطيئة و ما عندهم نظام يشوفو اذا القطعه متوفرة … كلش يروحوا و المستودع و يعطلوا العميل ينتظر عشان بالاخر كل شوي يقولون (مو موجود) … و اذا طلبتهم يتواصلون مع الفروع الاخرى يتوترون و مافي بينهم اي تواصل وبالاخر يجون يقولون (الفرع الثاني ما يرد) ..وغير انهم يعطوك الطلبات غلط و كل شوي رايح جاي استبدال ترجيع استبدال ترجيع … الطاقم كله لازم يتغير من المدير للكاشير لخدمة العملاء
