★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’re in Saudi but also you’re not in Saudi. A lovely relaxed resort to enjoy the pool or beach all in private atmosphere. No pictures can be taken, to protect other’s privacy.
As a non-Saudi, it’s refreshing to find a place where you can wear your swimwear and feel free. The Greek vibes make the holiday feeling complete. Can’t wait for my next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, you're paying to much to enjoy but the stuff and service make you feel like in prison and you are a criminal. You can't walk with out security, you can't take photos unless many of supervisors and securities check your photos. Also you are not allowed to set outdoor tables. If you are not resident in the resort they make you feel a piece of nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, beach is too small, unclean, rules are archaic, bad service, the place is run by amateurs. They don’t understand the customer is always right. Management is extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience, we thought it’d be a nice experience to go to lusin restaurant in Oia but unfortunately it was a terrible idea! The resort’s staff are very RUDE! The restaurant ourdoor tables are in the middle of the pool you cannot see the beach and just when they show you to the table they say “ walking around the resort and taking pictures isn’t allowed”! The restaurant is another story, bees all over the food! The napkins ate old and the food is average..
If you want an overpriced experience with rude staff in the resort go to Oia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for nothing.. staff on the phone are rude and simply don't care ...treatment is like your in jail with security forcing u to cover you cam.. beach is like a small tub and plus not clean..
Restaurant is definitely nice..
Pool as well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disaster. From where do I even start? Too expensive for absolutely nothing. Simply, a prison experience. You’re not allowed to take photos. Security checks your phone when you do.
Plus, it is supposed to be inspired by Cycladic architecture I guess? But I don’t see anything Greek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The location is excellent inside Jeddah city.
- GM is friendly manager.
- The privacy is high (personally I don’t like it) but for Saudi culture its needed , which is positive for them.
- the beach and sands are very clean.
- It isn’t nice from the bar waiter to ask for tips from the 1st order!
- The price in general is expensive if comparing it with another country with same services, but its Jeddah ;)

But - as most people according to the reviews - really not satisfied with the service… We went there for a day, when we entered, there was no one standing behind the lobby desk. So we had no idea where the changing rooms were, neither about their policy (no pictures, to be half covered when walking around the pool area…) What also surprised me is that the resort didn’t provide towels… Which is unacceptable for the amount people are paying to get in. When I went to the lobby to ask for a towel, I had to buy one for 200 SAR?!! That’s almost the entrance price for a stupid towel. Also, the snacks served on the beach aren’t what you expect in this kind of resort.
The setting and deco are a plus. But they still have a lot of work on customerservice and price-quality. Until then, I ain’t coming back.
