★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all. These places are Private Beach resorts which charge the customer haphazardly, no standard Prices available, No customer service if we contacted them. Place is Non existent. No Signboards and Identification of this Resort on the roadside. Place showed in Google map once we reach there you are greeted with Big boundary wall only. You cannot make which place to go, map says take a right turn from Obhur branch road to reach Silver sand beach but u see only Wall.

it’s only for expats.
It is a bit expensive ( not an issue)
Don’t even hear about it on weekends if you are a short visitor to Jeddah.
So I can say that it lacks flexibility and requires planning which is not a virtue I have. Because I like the world of possibilities, if people like me do not have the chance to visit, creativity will always be hurtfully expensive. Everything around it will rise and it will remain a snare for expats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice and I recommend it for families. However the price for the ticket is a bit too high. Compared to " La plage" diving is not allowed in silver sands beach and snorkeling is not interesting as there is no coral reef where to see Nemo and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really beautiful beach. Easy to swim as it gets deep fairly quickly but not uncomfortably so. Good facilities. It would take about 2 minute to walk the full width of the beach and is much wider than other privately owned places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this beach, regardless of who owns it. I don’t even want to know who owns it. When ever I go there I want to enjoy sun and the sea.
Yesterday on the gate they said there is a new policy where all people who are not members should send an email requesting to enter the beach (has to be sent in advance), and once you get approval than you can come in. When we asked about email he said it fast, I remembered gmail.com ?
He asked us for our ids first, looked at it properly, and then he goes “are you members here” ..
The problem here is that you can’t know this new policy unless you go to the gate (you lost certain time already). It should be announced somewhere so you don’t waist your time!
Customer care is 0 , no respect at all.
Beach itself is beautiful, but I will never ever step on that land again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Beach (Silver Sands Beach) I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze.
