★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the worst management in all resorts in Jeddah. We had a cooler with fruits for the kids, they didn't allow us to get the cooler! They said people abuse this rule? Issue is when we went in we found people getting their coolers and with drinks. While we could not even get water inside! Hypocrisy at its best.
They have lost a customer who was going to come on a weekly basis due to unprofessional management. If I can give 0 stars I would have. I'll happily switch to Silver Sands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever! don’t waste your money or time going there. beach stuff was more than rude, they started to yell at us while everyone was started looking, only because we tried to take a selfie(without absolutely anyone else in the background)! they put stickers on our phone cameras; the sea area is very small, no waves, no nothing. per total, we paid money to be harassed by the stuff and to respect illogical rules.

As for the beach and pool area I wouldn't recommend. As stickers are put on your phone cameras and if you try and take a selfie or picture of loved ones without anyone else in the background !! STAFF come and YELL at you. Not a way to treat guest at all !!

This place is literally gross i have been swimming through cigarettes and garbage and when I complained they said there’s nothing we can do /: , not to mention the snacks ridiculous prices yet we are not allowed bring our own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice, no customer service but the staff I've dealt with were cooperative. The beach cannot and shouldn't be named or classified as a resort, this would be a crime! Its a beach that is quite similar to public beaches. Of course, photography isn't allowed, food except that of healthy or baby meals from outside isn't allowed. Yet on the other hand, the level of cleanliness of the beach and its amenities is very poor you won't be at all encouraged to buy anything from their 'canteen', the experience is killed totally its like beach camping. The beach itself isn't clean at all. The bathrooms aren't equipped for mums although its a beach that welcomes children, its actually not equipped as a beach bathroom and very filthy. I recall there was a rule on their Instagram that smoking is strictly prohibited and only allowed on the terrace but everyone was smoking and guests were preparing their shisha in the bathroom which was utterly disgusting. There isn't any indoor area to rest at noon or have a meal or a drink. The beach umbrellas are very old and damaged.
Of course I don't recommend it and if you choose to go anyway keep your expectations very very low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for diving. The place is clean. The staff are friendly and organized. The beach is kinda small but it was nice. There are other good places but I still would recommend visiting this place and giving it a try.
