★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ahmed Shamiyah and his team are exceptional. My situation was very complex and, as someone who doesn’t like dental work, I felt anxious about my treatment. It was clear from the outset that Dr Ahmed understood the issues I had with my teeth and had the experience and skill to carry out the work well. He is reassuring, kind and patient and explains everything clearly. His colleague saw my children for their check ups. He is a fun, understanding and happy dentist who put my children at ease! I would highly recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are looking for a great dental clinic, I highly recommend Noble Smile Dental Care Clinic to everyone here in Riyadh. Professionalism wise, they did their part in an amazing way. I had my surgery for my impacted wisdom tooth and everything went well and I was well taken cared of during the whole process. Dr. Ahmed was my attending Dentist and he was really nice, friendly and he knows what he is doing and he communicates well with his patient which is I think one of the most important thing (to hear your patient out). The staff of the clinic did their part as well, kudos to everyone!

I was meant to have follow up appointments - completing my implant process. On 23 August I received a whatsapp informing me my dr will be unavailable due to a family emergency. Noted - things like this happen. On 17 October I followed up on whatsapp as it has been 2 months without any update from Noble Smile - I only received an answer 4 days later informing me that my dr will contact me. Fortunately my dr has sent me a voice clip apologizing of the inconvenience and referred me to another Implantologist. To date I have not received any apology or any contact being made from the Noble Smile Management - apologizing for the inconvenience. With regards to the amount of money already paid - no invoice to clarify what has been covered - or nothing. Thanks goodness I have not paid the full amount of the treatment plan yet. I am deeply disappointed with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance to visit this clinic two months ago. I had severe toothache and couldn't find a good dentist available right away . So just followed google and visited their clinic . Dr. Abdullah hamdan did an excellent root canal for me which placed my nerve wrecking pain to an end. May Allah give him ajar for it. But my problem with them came later when they stopped responding my calls or messages.i am still with a temporary filling since two months and they have no courtesy to update me.zero customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall an amazing experience! Dr. Ahmed Shamiyah Is an extremely skilled and gentle dentist. I went to him for an emergency case, and he was the only dentist who made himself available for us. And he did the procedure flawlessly and painlessly.
The reception employee is also a very polite and well-versed young lady.
Wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for the majority of my 2 year dental treatment up front, turned up one day to have my dental wires replaced and door was closed. Eventually found out they closed overnight. Had to find another dentist to remove my braces and paid a lot of money for nothing. Horrendous service.
