★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذنا مواعيد للاطفال و جينا للمركز ولا كملنا عندهم
-الدكتور الماجد مايشتغل الا بالغاز الضاحك ! ومايقبل يشتغل بدونه
وياخذ من وقت الموعد بالكلام والمقدمات جينا للموعد ولا صلحنا شي كله كلام وشرح مدة ساعه تقريبا
راح علينا موعدين كلها كلام
الدكتور للامانه لطيف جدا مع الاطفال ويشرح الحاله لكن شغله ما جربناه
ومشكلته يصر انه يستخدم الغاز الضاحك في كل مره مو معقول كل موعد يجي فيه الطفل يتم استخدامه
-الاستقبال ودودين جدا ولطيفين المواعيد متاحه بسهوله
-المركز كبير بس مشكلة ديكوره مشكله ? يجيب الغلق كئيب

- The center is large, but the problem of its decoration is a problem ? The closure is gloomy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الدكتور يبالغ جداً في التهيئة النفسية للطفل مع احترامي له مايعرف ان الاطفال اليوم اذكى واكثر معرفة من اطفال قبل 30 سنة !!
هذا غير المباااالغة في السعر واستخدام الغاز الضاحك حتى لو الطفل مايحتاج
طبعاً الحسابة بتحسب
قاتل الله الجشع وان غلف لباس العلم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سويت لطفلي عند د.حسام طلبت منه تغطية الطفل ببطانية لان المكيف فوق راس طفلي لم يحترم رغبتي وسأل الطفل بردان والطفل كان تحت تأثير الغاز الضاحك !!! اتفقنا على ازالة العصب لكن الدكتور قرر مع نفسه يسويله العصب + سن ثاني لزيادة الفاتوره طبعاً. كنت اتمنى طفلي يحظى بتجربة افضل من كذا مو يطلع مثللللللللج من عند دكتور مايفهم.
I settled for my child with Dr. Hossam. I asked him to cover the child with a blanket because the air conditioner over my child’s head did not respect my wish. He asked the child Bardan and the child was under the influence of laughing gas!!! We agreed to remove the nerve, but the doctor decided with himself to liquidate the nerve + a second tooth to increase the bill, of course. I was hoping for my child to have a better experience than this, and he wouldn't get the same treatment from a doctor who doesn't understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجمع المركز الاستشاري بحثت عنه في قوقل وذهبت إليه لعلاج ابني من حالات التسوس في أسنانه، الصراحة د. نجوى استشارية الأطفال رائعة بكل المقاييس، مهنية واحترافية جداً وتشرح كل النقاط بوضوح ومايجب على الوالدين فعله ومايجب عليها فعله، وغير المهنية كان الطاقم المصاحب لها في منتهى اللطف والتعامل المثالي مع ابني، فقد كانوا يجعلونه يرى الأدوات ثم يعرّفونها له ثم يجعلونه يلمسها. مما فاجئني بأن ابني لم يبكي رغم أنّ آخر جلسة له مع طبيبة أطفال قبل د. نجلاء انفجر من البكاء. مركز رائع ويستحق أن يكون تقييمه ٥/٥.
I do recommend this center for pediatric tx. With Dr. Najwa. She is professional, educated and well listener.
My son has a great experience with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dental clinic in Riyadh, the nurses are very friendly and experienced, and the doctors (especially Dr. Najwa) are very polite, and diagnose issues correctly and swiftly, and treatment is quick.
