نقل تجربة شخصية بإختصار العيادات سيئة وفاشلة لا انصح بتجربتها
تم حجز موعد ليزر عن طريق كوبون ولوحظ الاتي :
١/كان العرض بنص التالي " جلسة ليزر كامل الجسم " وعند التواصل معهم لحجز الموعد قالوا لا يشمل ظهر وبطن !! بحجة انه معروف أن كامل الجسم لا يشمل ظهر وبطن ومن اراد يدفع زياده !
٢/ تعامل الاستقبال سيئ ، عند الاتصال بهم بعد عدة محاولات أخبرتنا انها مشغوله مع زبونه ولطلب حجز موعد ارجعي اتصلي وقت ثاني ؟؟ لم يسبق وحصل أحد يقول ارجعي اتصلي !!
٣/ بعد حجز موعد رجعوا اتصلوا ثلاث مرات يأكدون الموعد خلال ٥ ساعات فقط !! بدعوا انه فيه زبائن واذا الغيتوا الموعد نضع احد مكانكم
٤/ بعد الذهاب للموعد المفاجئه أن العيادات شبه فارغه ولا يوجد مراجعين وما حصل سالفاً إيهام للمتصلين أن لديهم زبائن كثر وهذا غير واقعي
٥/الجهاز الموجود قديم ( جنتل ليزر ) ولا يوجد عندهم ( جنتل ليزر برو )
٦/ للمره الاول اعرف أن من اراد أن يستخدم جهاز الليزر بشكل شخصي للاماكن الحساسه يجب أن يدفع مبلغ إضافي وقدره ١٠٠ ريال ؟؟!!

6 / For the first time I know that wanted to use the laser device in person to sensitive places must pay an additional amount of 100 riyals ?? !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً ولا يردون على الاتصال ومدير المجمع مايرد كذلك دافع لهم مبلغ ١٥٠٠ ريال عشان ٣ جلسات بلازما وسويت وحده فقط في رمضان وبعدها بشهر جيت عشان اخذ الجلسه الثانيه ولا حصلت الدكتوره وتردد عليهم وقالو تعال سجل مبلغك وبنرجعه لك خلال كم يوم وسجل ايبانك عندنا وانتظر لين عيد الاضحى اخر شي المركز سكر وتواصلت الى الحين ولا احد يرد حسبي الله عليهم .
واللي عنده خبر منهم يفيدني واكون له من الشاكرين

شغلها ممتاز ماشاء الله لاقوه الاباللله مامدحته شغلها الا عن تجربه دكتوره خلوقه
اهني عياده الامل على هذي الدكتوره المتميزه في العمل والمخلصه والواحد دائما يدور على الدكتور المخلص في العمل لان الحين صار دكاتره الجلديه يتاجرون بشغلهم ولا عاد في ذمه مثل قبل
اللي يروح للدكتوره هناء السيد يطمن انه بيد امينه وتخاف الله في شغلها وعندها ضمير وربي على ماقوله شهيد والله انه الدكتوره جلست ادورها شهرين لين حصلت عنوانها الجديد فعلنا عياده الامل محضوظه انه عندهم هذي الدكتوره المتميزه
لو الدكتوره هنا ماكانت موجوده بعياده الامل كان من الاساس ماجيت للعياده اصلا ولا فكرت بس عشان الدكتوره المكان صار بالنسبه لي يتساهل اتعنى له

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف نصابيين وحراميه دفعت جلسات ليزر وبلازما عندهم وراجعتهم اكمل جلساتي ماحصلت اجهزة ولا شيء والدكتوره كمان تركتهم والمركز فاضي وشكله مريب ماكان مثل اول ابدا طلبت استرداد فلوسي يقولون لي احنا ادارة جديده ومالنا علاقه بالقديم روحي للدكتوره لانها اخدت الملفات معها ، ولما راجعت للدكتوره قالت لي من متي وفي طبيب بيمشي من عيادة وبياخد ملفات المرضي معاه وبعدين هي معها حق وكلامها صحيح واذا هي فعلا عملت كده وين جلسات الليزر ؟؟؟؟ وبعدين الدكتوره علمتني انهم نفس الاشخاص السابقين ومافي شي تغير غير ان كل الموظفين تركوا المكان ،، احذروا منهم انا اشتكيتهم بالصحه من اجل حقي وما اخليه
