★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Reception is on Level 1. Which was not clear when we walked in. The receptionist was well mannered did not allow people to cut in the line. I have been told that that the pediatrician department is the best in Jeddah. People who give up with IMC and Dr. Fakeeh come here for their kids health care. My sister came in here for the OB/GYN Dr. Natasha. She has been told she is the best in Jeddah.
The number system is a bit simple, you have drop of the payment/appointment slip at the Dr’s door for the nurse to pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible staff. Completely unorganized.. Long waiting times for most of the services.
There is no connect between their tag line - sincerely caring and serving you - to what the hospital really stands for. Expect at least 2 to 3 hours delay for basic hospital services, doctor visits and tests. Sadly, the services offered are iextremely poor and expensive ..Not recommended at all...unless unavoidable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I edmidted to 2 time with ambulance to New Jeddah hospital, for first time insurance not confirmed they didn't treat me after I paid they did but my appendix bust, they could not spot it, after ultrasound and CT scan, still not spot it.
thankfully AlUla hospital Spot it and operated, after big operation i come out hospital after 16 days and went UK.
New Jeddah hospital in Jeddah City, take my money and from my insurance they spoce to be bank transfer my money becouse they toke it 2 times, in June 2021, but they didn't no respond by email or phone, I have to fly back from UK to Jeddah to complain for my 1000$
But My flight cost me more.
I still not get money yet today Jan 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The X-Ray area is disaster; no organization or staff is working on the x-ray. They are looking swamped, but productivity is zero or not as expected.
This is my first experience. It took me three hours to see the doctor and get only a x-ray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disaster and wastage of time, I brought my boy on emergency, staff said they didn’t know even how to put suppository. After that half of the prescription not available. And calling at mid night on helpline but nobody responded. Customer service agent just know only how to transfer the call and nothing else. Very very very disappointed.
