★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional management. They want to pushback Emergency patients to Family Clinic without checking the patients. Very long waiting hour, I have been waiting for 2 hours with covid symptoms and no call. In this case There is no need to go to IMC for emergency. Any roadside policlinic Will attend you better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an open heart surgery there, I love the hospital especially Dr.Ricardo Gallo. He’s sweet, caring and very kind and attentive. Some nurses are good and efficient but some are ignorant and useless. In the iCu, the head of the nurses was ignorant and talks loudly while patients are resting.
I still like the hospital and still go there for my check ups there. I think in some departments they still need some improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother had nuclear test on end of last month. Before the test, hospital called and said that machine not working and we will call you back once it fix. We thought it will take day or two but it's been 4 days pass and no one even call us yet. On one side it claiming that one of the best hospital and this kind of negligence. Expecting better service and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discharging a patient takes 2 or more hours. The nurse gave us the take home medication and told us I will order the wheelchair for you that was 1:30 hour ago.
Yesterday we were seen by two doctors the first came at around noon the second at 4 pm. One telling us it’s okay to be discharged today and the other saying tomorrow. Do doctors not communicate with each other here or what?
The surgery went well and doctors and nurses were very caring. My only issue is with the system you are following.
We are still not discharged and no one knows why????

I feel I am going into a 5 stars Hotel.
However, the service is not up the same standards compared to other health providers in Jeddah.
They have very good reputation, but it is very difficult to get an appointment. Moreover, I have seen some doctors whom I would not be recommending to any one.
The radiology appointment system is very traditional. I had to go to them to book an appointment. Despite the fact of having an app and website.
I was not able to get the insurance approvals on the app.
Moreover I had to go to another office to register my insurance information, while it is linked with ID number anyway.

Super great care, well educated staff and the best doctors.
I visited several doctors in this great establishment, the BEST of them is Dr Adnan Hussein, the cardiologist , who helped me every time I visited him and made phone calls to follow up with my tests results. Thanks Dr Adnan.
