Long wait even having appointment.
At emergency no receptionist was available for 25 minutes, so what is the use of emergency!!.
This hospital Not recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service no any receptionist in all hospital only 2 person and also tooo much slow working in resption and no ac in waitting area so sad and i make complain that ent reception is in 2nd floor and in ground floor to many patients like me all are waitting and the people are sitting inside opd administration are saying you should wait so bad response the ministry should take action on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Drs are good.But the worst Part of @Bugshan Hospital is the Reception specially Mr Sultan Shaik who is Impolite,RACIST, who does not know how to deal with people.Only thing he got is his Attitude and when he see expat at his window he treats them extremely Bad.I would Never recommend any body to go his window due to his Lame,insincere,Impolite and racial behavior and comments.!!
