حاولت الاتصال من خلال الهاتف الثابت للخطين
وكذلك ومن خلال الشات للموقع يفيد بالتواصل لاحقا وقد اقتنيت رقم جوال ممثل المبيعات
من احد عملائكم لكن لا رد ولا واتس .
عدد مرات الاتصال تجاوزت العشر مرات لقنوات التواصل .
وقت التواصل اليوم الثلاثاء 18-01-2021 كان بين 11 ص والى 3 وعصرا
اتمنى ان يكون فيه تحسين لادوات التواصل مجملا مع العملاء .
