★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented cars all over the world by far this is the worst place: Poor customer service support when I needed to repair a flat tire I got shortly after leaving their branch and even though I paid for full coverage and it was a tiny car, I had to pay several thousands for a small problem that according to the contract I should not, the employees use threatening and bullying tone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars are always full of cigarette smell ...and the cars are dirty ...despite having booked through their own app which gives them amble time to prepare the car... the car was not ready at the reserved time. It also took my 35 minutes to hand back the car.... very poor service and appauling standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY DISAPPOINTED! Came here to take our car but was told that they can't give us one because we don't have a local Saudi driving license! If that's the case please have that specified on website while booking. A total waste of time and effort! The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. will NEVER EVER consider Al Wefaq again!
The worst thing is - we were told to cancel booking online and will receive a full refund. Refund has been processed but it's NOT a full refund. They charged us 1 day, for their mistake. totally unreasonable!!!
