★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping service ever. My shipping was there for 21 days. And no one has any information or updates. I don't recommend the use of this service. The communication is really unacurated and they don't have any updates and follow up. Received 10 msgs saying my shipping is out for delivery and I never received my shipment. Any alternative is better than this company. I recommend DHL, Fedex, Aramex or Saudi Mail but Naqel never again. Very disappointed.
