★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever... they have the laziest courier service on this earth with horrible manner.. several times they missed my shipment delivery.. horrible service.. the ministry of commerce should really do a thorough investigation..
I kept asking the delivery man the entire day through his whatsapp that when will my delivery arrive.. but with no response.. my address and my contact number was so clearly given but still.. then at the end of the day the company sends me text message that I didn't answer therefore the delivery man couldn't deliver my shipment.. How pathetic... Anyway for proof I've taken pictures and made video of the whatsapp conversion with the delivery man..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst logistic service i have ever known. The drivers are liars and very unprofessional. I am expecting a delivery today but what i got is a message that i requested another delivery date when no one contacted me. every time this naqel is handling my deliveries,there is always a problem. this company is a trash. it doesn't deserve even a one star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems the couriers of this company don't know how to read and use Google map. 2 days, 2 different couriers kept on calling and asking to send location on whatsap, send picture of bld, send order numbers etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse service ever, I have been waiting for my shipment from NAMSHI for 10 days. Part of shipment was delivered 6days ago by Arimax. Very day, a different agents will be asking for locations. But, never delivers.

No customer service, only answering machine, chatbot not helping, my order is 1 week delayed, don't use NAQEL till now I did not get my order, you don't deserve even 1 star, advice to all who are having problems cancel your order and request refund so they get operational cost and improve their service if they need business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're service is to much bad they deliver the parcel in there own convenient not the costumer, for example if you say that if they can delivery during the day hours then the deliveryman from naqel will not delivery instead they will say ok tomorrow.and they will contact you late, like 8-9 in the evening.they didn't use the address that you gave in the shien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the WORST delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. They have been holding my package for over three weeks now in their warehouse. My package made it across the world faster than it’s taking to drop it off at my house 30 minutes away. I will use any other delivery service before I ever use Naqel “Express”.
