تعامل رااااااائع من جميع افراد المركز الصحي خصوصا موظف الاستقبال والممرضه وفاء

أسوأ مستوصف مر علي .. بطيئين جداً جداً ولا يهتموا للناس اللي قاعدة تستنى و معاها أولاد بتبكي و عندها أشغال بتلحق عليها و تعامل سيء جداً جداً

سيء بشكل لا يوصف تعامل مقرف و غير راقي، مبنى و مستوصف غير نظيف المكان قديم و وسخ. وديت خالي امس و كانت حالة حرجه و حكولي ما بنقبل هيك حالات صعبة و ولا نقلوا الى مستشفى او اي مستوصف تاني و ما رضوا ينتظروني اخذه من المستوصف تركوا برا المستوصف بالشارع بالليل الساعة ١ الليل!!!! و مافي احد معه و تعبان!!! من الآخر اسوء مركز صحي بالمملكة بأكملها لا ضمير و لا انسانية و لا اخلاق و لا اي شي المفروض وزارة الصحة تسكر المركز.!!!!!

Unfortunately, those who do not understand the instructions are the patients themselves I was going to vaccinate my family with the flu vaccination or Hajj We were asked if we were suffering from any sensitivity to eggs or antibiotics, or if we had shortness of breath or coughing, si this indicates that they care about the health of the patient and it is not a random process that requires vaccination only. One of my family member is heart patient So they measured his pressure and heart rate Upon completion, he asked us to sterilize our hands and leave the center immediately and not be late or wait anywhere or any corridor It is unfair to criticize the center negatively because it is basically opened to serve members of society, Saudis or residents, and also the center is not as it is written about in the comments. They are respectful smiling, but in return, the patient himself must respect them, talk to them politely and be cheerful, and this is the opposite of what I saw today Some patients treated them in a shameful manner, as if those in charge of the center were their workers, and this was unacceptable Note and suggestion: :::::::::::::::: I find that it is important for the Ministry of Health to Sign a contract with cleaning and sterilization companies to supervise the cleanliness of these health centers, and if they do so, they will be of a very high level of quality and will overcome Health centers in Europe themselves because this is the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and it is not the responsibility of those who work in these health centers ::::::::::::::: Regarding the staff based at the center, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to them and expose their lives to danger daily with corona infection and others, just to serve this community I am very proud of the development of this center Very proud of what I saw today and happy that our beloved kingdom is progressing towards prosperity step by step in this wonderful way

I used to do daily dressing here and they have the best nurse in there she was very professional do her work. I am sorry that I forgot her name she jaunt deserves to be mentioned
