★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Amal Badawi, was amazing with my kids, she explained to them the process of treatment on a fun caring way, they were relaxed and happy..!Thanks to here my kids are less intimidated of a dental appointment ❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Muna in Teeth Department is the worst doctor ive seen, when she was fixing my teeth, she was also having a conversation with her friend IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCEDURE, then by mistake i almost swallowed the metal bracelet she was fixing, because clearly she wasnt focusing, i advise anyone not to get near Dr. Muna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad news that Dr. Ghada Fayez (Internal Medicine)!has left the hospital. One off the best Doctors in Middle East.
Lately a lot of good doctors have been leaving. I wonder why.
She will be missed by her patients forever. Doctors like her you do not find every day.

At a loss on what to do. I'm in excruciating pain. No avenue of possible communication. Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hospital and I don’t recommend any one to visit this hospital:
1. It doesn’t have pharmacy inside, so you need to go outside to get your medicine, with a lot of process and complication of transfer.
2. My wife is pregnant and we were going to Dr Sabah Haddad, she is a very bad Doc, moody and she did a big mistake today because she’s nervous about the hospital and it’s internal process, she calculated the babe weight wrongly.
3. Over that you have to wait a lot in queue to enter to the doc and get your appointment with Doc, they are not respecting appointments at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was hospitalized and thank GOD her surgery went successfully --two times she went in different months.
I'm sorry to put three star for the reason that a nursing station on 4th floor was not friendly and gave me a bad comment at the end of the conversation for just asking if they have noticed a charger that was left in a room and I was respectful throughout the conversation and hopefully I could find a way to find it by calling the phone first. But it was not good to hear what she said before we hanged our calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inpatient experience: Very worn out and dirty room, used soap in bathroom, no towels, no accessable outlets, no wifi, nurses had to try three times for IV, IV cart rusty and missing a wheel, no hot water in bathroom despite needing it post surgery. We asked multiple people for hot water, towels, soap and a pillow but none were provided for the duration of our stay. These basic necessities made recovery more painful than it needed to be.
We were extremely happy to leave.
