★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital i have ever seen .
Let me tell you my story i had an acitic on my stomach from over high blood sugar (diabetic) i became paralized not fully but couldn't move they told me i have to get a bed to make my blood sugar concentrate and thats right. Its not this i relized late whenever my acitic become -1 the nurse used to put a glucose sugar on my glucose to raise my blood sugar so the acitic used to be high again it turned to -3 not to be confused the thing is when diabetic is concentrate the acid disappear when the diabetic is high the acid gets high(-3) . Even the food breakfast ,lunch and dinner comes is oily and sugar just to keep my diabetic high so the most i stay in the hospital the most they enter money for the bed doesn't matter my health i was suffering everyday high until i relized it was in purpose .can u believe they used to give me a fish whole for lunch diabetic people doesn't eat fish and if they want only a 1/3 slice. Especially with type 2 .and its not only the first i entered in a chair they threw me they thought it corona discussing if they should give me a bed or no.and the nurse i keep calling them. For water or toilet they ignores? so thank God. I have been through this tough days anyway sometimes in this country u need to work your mind u dnt believe anything doctors do or says especially the nurses philipines nurses are the worst nurses hope everyone see this get used on it thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital twice and 2nd time was so worst. After the Dr give my prescription, he told me to go the Pharmacy. Then the pharmacy referred me to insurance office because one meds needs approval. After one hour of sitting in the chair, nothing happened. So I go to the counter and asked about the status. The Filipina said to me its still not approved. So I went back to my chair. After another 30mins really I feel bad because I noticed some people who came after me already finished and I'm stil waiting. Then I talk to the male staff in the window and told him I've been waiting for more than an hour and no clear update. Then the filipina came out from the office handed over me my paper and told me come back later coz one meds has no approval yet. Common guys..
To the owner, I hope you can improve the customer service specially in insurance office. It is not organized. You don't know whom you should talk.. I felt so disappointed today..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst hospital I’ve ever visited! If I can rate it with 0 star I would gladly do it. I stayed with my mom for three days after her surgery and the nurses was so very very rude. I swear they have the worst attitude and they made my mom so scared and uncomfortable. I just wish I never have to come to this place ever again.
Piece of advice, work on your staff because they are the mirror of your hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pediatrician hala maaroof was very rude and unprofessional.I was really disappointed and chocked from her behavior toward us me and my two months old baby girl,even staff working there and nurse witnessed how rude and disrespectful she was and she never apologized,other staff name Ali appologized to me on her behalf but apologies are not accepted because she is the one who must appologize.I was a regular cash customer me and my family to alzahra hospital and everytime I spend not less than 2000 aed in consultations and check ups.but after my last visit with doctor Hala maaroof I decided to never go back.Dubai is full of good hospital and I choosed to replace alzahra with london king’s college hospitals in dubai and I must say they are really professionnel and polite and respects the pacient.they deserve to represent the image of dubai in healthcare.I hope you take my feedback in consideration and review the competences and behavior of this doctor. Thank you
