I enjoy this new trend in cafés where they open inside neighborhoods rather than on major streets
The decor was done right with minimalistic beautiful simplicity that feels organic
The café has your typical setup with La Marzocco and eureka atoms and olympus grinders which has a budget friendly quality with acceptable consistency
Their latte/flat white was acceptable but it lacked the wow factor. The espresso has a strong body with caramel and nutty flavor notes
I didn’t like how the service is slow despite having an average number of orders at a time
I liked their bigne and the Nutella mille feuille
Overall, it was a decent experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New coffee place with elegant interior design. Plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, great atmosphere and music, friendly staffs. Their flat white was perfect, and V60 (Ethiopian) was fine.
