★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا جدا لابعد حد. عطيتهم بوت ع اساس يغسلونه وقالو ثلاث ايام الان صار لي خمس ايام ولا حياة لمن تنادي وطلبت من مواقع خارج السعودية الطلبية وصلت ونعالي ما خلصت يعني اهم ميزة تنافسية بعد السعر والحقيقة سعرهم كويس (هذا سبب النجمة) ولكن ايضا مهم جدا السرعة والتواصل مع العميل في حال حدوث تأخير اللي المفترض من الاساس ما يصير .. تجربة سيئة ومزعجة والاكيد ماراح تتكرر
Very very bad. I gave them a bot to wash it, and they said three days. Now I have five days and no life for those who call. I ordered from locations outside Saudi Arabia. The order arrived and my shoes did not finish. I mean the most important competitive advantage after the price and the truth is their price is good (this is the reason for the star) but also very important speed and communication with the customer in In the event of a delay, what is supposed to happen in the first place will not happen..a bad and annoying experience, and for sure it will not be repeated
