★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this service for makkah but on travel day they give us seat in Alfajr service which is other umrah service. They didnt mentioned that they will provide another bus from other company. Well Bus exterior was good .. but seats were extremely uncomfortable and congested. Driving was good and driver took us too some mafrosha rather than miqat in taif. So we have to pay 30 riyal for that mafrosha for bath and ehram. On that mafroosha there was no place ladies mosque. They provide us white palace hotel in makkah which is 15 mins walk from haram. Hotel was not so bad. They didnt provide any toiletries so bring yours. There was no wifi. Driver asked bus members if they want to move to ryd at 7am on sat or after zohar. And he said he will bring bus members to zam zam factory. Everyone was ready for 7am. On sat driver brought another bus not that one from which we came in makkah. But this time bus is much better seats were comfortable. But driver didnt brought us to zam zam factory and said we have zam zam water in maktab. Then we moved back to riyadh .but Alhumdolilah driving was safe and we reached on time
But i think their buses ,driver, and everything is not same all the time.
