★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service! Bunch of Crooks! No manners. The office staff is very rude when you go to catch the bus. They talk to you in very unmannered way. Following two big problems that we faced:
1. We booked Riyadh to Makkah then Medina. When we reached their office, they sold the reserved seats to other people and sent us to Makkah only.
2. Bus has breakdown two times. One back tire burst in the journey and the driver doesn't have the spare tire to replace. He took bus to mecca with one burst tire. Very risky. Beware of these crooks. It took 20 hours to reach Makkah City instead 9-10 Hours of standard time.
So, Try another better Travels for your Ziarat Journey.
