★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was decent. But no time scheduling. Also, the numbers mentioned in the contact card is absolutely useless. Nobody picks or even calls back. Plus my biggest setback was that he said we will reach back by morning but reached back at night. Terrible. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service went on 1 oct 2021 for 3 days, driver is also good,bus is great totally, our journey was really smooth & amazing didnot face any problem like vomiting headache no cigarette smell, bus has Ac and mobile charging which works perfectly, palestine hotel which is 14 min distance from haram.wherever he stops for rest all washrooms were clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my first experience about this umra servise providers, best of best, new buses, good behaviour of bus driver, stay hotel in makkah very very good and near to Haram (Shar-e-ibraheem, palastine hotel, about 8 mints waking distance) today i came back from Umra trip & Insha Allah i will go again with them for Umra ?? Thanks for Good servise provided to us ?
