★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مختبرات طبية جيدة وخدمة الاستقبال رائعة لديهم عرض باقة رمضان ٩٩ ريال ل ٢٠ تحليل، ولكن هناك تأخير بصدور النتيجة حيث ان الاخت في الاستقبال افادت انه خلال ٣ ايام بالكثير سيتم ارسال النتيجة على الواتس اب و مر على الفحص اكثر من ٥ ايام و الى الان لم استلم نتيجة التحاليل!! انصح اي شخص مستعجل ما يفحص عندهم تأخير غير مبرر للاسف تم تقديم شكوى لدى وزارة الصحة
Good medical laboratories and great reception service. They have a Ramadan package offer of 99 riyals for 20 tests, but there is a delay in issuing the result, as the sister in the reception stated that within 3 days, the result will be sent on WhatsApp, and more than 5 days have passed since the examination, and so far, no Get your test results!! I advise anyone who is in a hurry not to have an unjustified delay checked. Unfortunately, a complaint has been submitted to the Ministry of Health

Excellent lab, nice offers, clean location, the receptionist is respectable, as well as the specialists are experienced and talented, especially the specialist. Professionalism in taking samples as well as a good attitude. All thanks to the laboratory management.

Quick support.
The only problem is the delay in sending the results.
I did an exam where normally the result arrives within 24 hours and then 26 hours later I still haven't received anything.
Meeting deadlines could help people stressed out about exam results and prevent them from getting more nervous.
Moreover, for having done exams in Mecca, I find that the prices here in Riyadh are very high compared to the prices in Mecca, and the results for the same exam arrive between 2 to 4 hours after the blood test.
So I advise people who need a quick result to go to another laboratory.
