★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine asked me to support him for the direction for to be done his wife pcr corona test for traveling purposes which is done and he has a positive feedback. The only issue is while booking an appointment the amount was showing less which attracted us to book but when finalizing they have added 15%Vat which is more than 50Sr. They only problem is they should show the complete fee before including Vat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you require quick service.
I Booked a COVID-19 test by RT-PCR requested for the result to be issued within 6 hours. However you pay the premium and my results came 11hrs later.
Service is poor if you require information in English. As a medical service English is a must if you are serving the general public.
Will I use this place again, most probably no.
Service Reliability: very unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12h after taking the test I received a notification of PCR results from another person. I did not receive my PCR test results.
I had to call them 7 times to demand my PCR results which I needed to travel. They kept referring to use Whatsapp to talk to them, which I did, but they never replied to a single text I sent.
They finally sent the results, 3 hours before my flight, 20 hours after taking the test. The PCR results had the wrong passport number.
I had to call them again to correct the passport number. It took them 30 minutes to send the PCR test with the correct passport number. Barely made the flight.
Incompetent, unprofessional, rude personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took PCR test of my wife and son who are qurantine in Hotel in Riyadh, today i had to call them n tell them that we have not received first tests results so far even on 4th day. DISGUSTING SERVICES!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, unorganized, they don't respect their appointments, I registered online, arrived on time, waited 3 hours until employees started to arrive.
They left the center open, their laptops on the tables, you think for a moment it is a self service center. They do this every Friday. So don't go there on Fridays.
The staff was not rude but not kind also.
We were served with no regards to booked appointment or any other logical criteria.

I figured since i only needed a rapid antigen test it would be ok … i was WRONG!!
I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED MY TEST.
I told them my flight was tonight and they said i would get the result in an hour… 12 hours later clearly they lied.
The whatsapp number told me they would send it to me multiple times but never did!!!
I don’t even think this is a real clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very unsatisfied with the home service.
1) The phlebotomist came too early and was not wearing a mask. Only when she saw me wearing a mask she said I threw mine just now, do you have one. Even when I gave her the mask, she kept it around her chin for the majority of the time.
2) She was opening the alcohol swab and bandages with her teeth
3) She did not have a tourniquet.
4) Clearly she was not trained properly on how to draw blood. As for myself it was a little painful. And for my sister she had to poked her many many times in different areas of her arms and hands, and it was very painful, keep in mind my sister has a very high threshold of pain, so if she’s complaining that means it was very very painful. Also all our lives we’ve been giving blood samples for tests and we’ve never had this experience.
5) I will never go to the center and I will never recommend it.
6) The center is very unprofessional, we needed an explanation of the blood test results. We put a request in twice and nobody contacted us till now, it’s been about two weeks.
