★ ★ ★ ★ ★ However, the center was clean and organized; I did not get my report even after 24 hrs. I went to Delta lab just because I wanted my report within 24 hrs but their report producing services are very bad. I called on all available numbers but no answer on any calls. Very disappointing

Whoever any beautiful girl they let her escape the line
Hate that place
Don’t waist your time with this low standard lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have availed the services of Dela Lab 6 times in the last one year. I have come across one Ms. Lamya there who has been extremely impressive in her punctuality at being there at 7 a.m., professionalism, being courteous, communication skills, ability to explain the packages and convincing me to always go for the higher package (in most cases, beneficial for me as a customer) as well. What was most impressive was how she takes the blood samples and without any exaggeration, I can say that this the best way blood samples were taken from me. Delta Lab should be proud of having employees like her. I have already recommended Delta Lab to many of my colleagues which shows that one employee can make such a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine , they have no credibility. They steal money and they don’t respect their customers. Their customer service are so bad! They did many mistakes in the test results and did not provide any sort of compensation. The worst thing when you try to reach them and they avoid providing support. I believe the ministry of health will close them soon.
