★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from the hospital with embarrassing to the level harassing experience after 4hrs trivial visit for my 2years kid minor treatment drama.
1st_ At desk to receive my already appointment paper, took me 1hrs as only 1 cashier for 4o+ patients.
2_ The clinic number on paper was 115 and Doctor was stationed actually in 02. In addition, the Dr name on the screen was wrong, so it took me another 30 minutes to search for right one.
3_ Surprisely, the person on the desk was totally unapologetic and harassing when I complained.
4_ As per Prescription Blood test technician was not there to take sample and we have to visit next day to give sample.
Its my first and otherwise a last to this hospital....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than a government office, long wait lines and unbelievably bored staff. We spent 45 mins in the ER waiting to get into a room, 30 mins to get a bandage, and another 30 mins in the pharmacy to get a prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not organized at all. Only they get money for infrastructure, nothing else and very bad experience. I would prefer going to a far organized hospital than going to Hamadi !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience I’ve ever had in Saudi Arabia! I took an appointment with Dr. Sahar Abdelfatah Dorgham, she is unprofessional, treat you like you are a garbage, no explanations, not listening at all! My appointment was at 6:40 pm, I had to wait for one hour because she had an emergency, no apology, being rude, and actually I paid for appointment, and after 2 mins being with her - she said she has another emergency and need to leave, so I already waited for one hour and I didn’t want to wait for another hour! Don’t go to this hospital if you don’t want to waste your time! Doctor Sahar doesn’t know how to talk to her patient, unprofessional, we come and pay to get some help- but instead they will make you super upset and angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever management and rude reception staff I have ever seen for such a big hospital name.
1- They are rude in their behaviour
2- They will cancel your appointment without informing you and if you tell them that you came all the way to hospital because no one informed about cancellation, they will misbehave with you.
3- They will give you wrong reports
4- For internal medicine and orthopedic clinics most of times you have to wait for atleast an hour from your appointment time.
5- I must say there is no one in management to take action because they don't care about patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter admitted here for 5 days . The nurse staff was great , her Doctor Dr. Sari was great.
The facilities of the hospital so nice and its so clean . And rooms so big and comfortable.
Since its somehow new you can find the technology also everywhere.
In general its a good hospital

They had I think 3 or 4 branches in Riyadh
The speciality doctors works even on Friday
You can got the appointment on the phone very easily
Usual waiting time if you came on time not more than 10 minutes
They have almost all the specialities
Starting from emergency up to operation
Recommended for all family member &keep safe
