اشكر اخصائي العلاج الطبيعي الدكتور محمود البردويل على تعامله الرائع والمحترم وحرصه على قسم العلاج الطبيعي بتقديم افضل خدمة علاجية حيث اني اشكو من اصابة مزمنة باليد وذهبت لاطباء عظام وتم تشخيصي بانه لا يمكن علاجي وان العلاج الجراحي هو الحل ثم تم تحويلي للعلاج الطبيعي وعند التوجه للدكتور محمود قام بالاطلاع على تقارير طبيب العظام ووضع خطة علاجية وتم علاجي ولله الحمد. دكتور محمود عنده ضمير و تعامله اكثر من رائع. شكراً على النتيجة الرائعة.

I thank the physiotherapist, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Bardawil, for his wonderful and respectful treatment and his keenness on the Physiotherapy Department to provide the best treatment service, as I complained of a chronic hand injury and went to orthopedic doctors and was diagnosed that I cannot be treated and that surgical treatment is the solution. He reviewed the reports of the orthopedic doctor and developed a treatment plan, and I was treated, praise be to God. Dr. Mahmoud has a conscience and his treatment is more than wonderful. Thanks for the great result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المستوصف نظيف جدًا وموظفات الاستقبال بالطوارئ عسل خصوصًا الموظفه نوال كانت لطيفه جدًا في تعاملها رغم الضغط اللي كان عليها?
The clinic is very clean and the emergency reception staff are honey, especially the employee Nawal, who was very nice in her dealings despite the pressure that was on her?

لكن خدمة العملاء تحتاج الى اعادة نظر وتدريب في فن التعامل مع المرضى وزوار العيادة
التعامل نااشف، وكأن العلاج يقدم بشكل مجاني

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز شكله واثاثه واضائته قديمه مع انه مو كثير نقلوا في هذا المبنى ،، دخلت عند طبيبة العيون عجوز جدا ومع الاسف حسيتها شاريه راسها وماتبغى تتعب نفسها مع طفل عمره ثلاث سنوات وتسوي له فحص النظر ،، فحص النظر بالمركز عندهم ب100 لكن فحص بمحلات النظارات ب50 واحيانا مجاني اذا فصلت النظارة عندهم ،، اعتبرها تجربه واحده ولن تتكرر وما انصح فيها احد ابدا بسبب وجود مراكز كثيره مجاوره
The center looks old, its furniture and lighting is old, although not many were moved in this building,, I went to the ophthalmologist, very old, and unfortunately, I felt her head bowed and she didn’t want to bother with a three-year-old child and do an eye test for him. And sometimes it is free if you disconnect the glasses from them, I consider it one experience and it will not be repeated and I would never advise anyone about it because there are many nearby centers
