نفس البضاعة ، ونفس العرض والترتيب في بيت الإباء ، والظاهر إنها نفس الشركة ، وعلى كل حال أسعارهم معقولة ، وجودة تبدأ من متوسطة .

The place is nice with variety of products that range from low to high in terms of quality and prices. However, they lack the experience of giving their customers their basic rights. 1. The price on the bill was higher than the price on the tag, not to mention a 20 minutes delay as the agent said he is going to make the discount. 2. The cashier was not on his desk and I had to wait another 10 minutes until an agent came and helped. 3. I was promised to get the products on the next day, I wanted to call them to make sure they have my stuff, but no contact information on the bills. 4. I went late to pick my purchased goods, the agent surprised me that I have to go to 2 different location to pick them up the next day. 5. On the next day, the products did not arrive, so I went to the store and spoke to the manager that they failed me. He promised that I will get it the following day. 6. I called the following day and they said come and get it. On the way, they call to inform me that one item has been received with damage. 7. Collecting the other items, I came to know that my order was not delivered yet from the warehouse. 8. I got mad and went to the manager to tell him that I was not told the truth and that no one followed up on my order. The manager told me that he will refund my money and that another customer with a 100,000 SAR bill didn't complain as I did. I got mad and told him that he know nothing about customer service and that he doesn't care. I told him after 4 days with 4 trips to your office, you should say 'we are sorry, we will diliver the products to your home'. He agreed, I haven't heard from them yet as the 5th day has gone. Am I the only one, I assure you there are many unsatisfied customers but they don't complain as they know from experience that it will do them no good. They don't deserve a single star. If I'm the owner I will change the manager, he doesn't have the skills or the know how. I will never buy their products again and I don't recommend this store. It is a waist of time.
