★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In spite of its reputation and high quality products; their customer service is the poorest I ever seen. They have no desire to gain new customers due to the fact that they have sufficient number of customers or that is the impression they give to new customers. Sales people are too busy staring at their mobile phones instead of serving people. We first spoke to one person who didn’t look at us or at our need and declined to help us while staring at his phone. The second person, asked us to wait 10 minutes and after waiting 25 minutes in front of him, he ignored us while talking to another person setting on his desk and also staring at his phone. We decided to leave and we’re extremely upset and disappointed!
