★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منتجاتهم رائعه عيبهم لو طلبت من عندهم الموظفين يقولوك من ٤ إلى ٥ ايام بالكثير التوصيل لان الطلبات تجي من الرياض ماعندهم مستودع بجده ولاسف طلبت بتاريخ 23/11/2021 والى اليوم ماوصل 1/12/2022 اتمنى من الاداره تحل مشكلة التوصيل لان لو نقصك شي تضطر توقف الشغل لمده اسبوع ع بال ما يوصلك طلبك والرقم الي حاطينه بالموقع ع طول مشغول فتره الصباح لو تتصل بعد ٥ العصر يمسك معاك الخط والرد الالي يقلك فتره الدوام من ٨ الصباح إلى ٥ العصر . ورقم الموظف الي بالفاتورة مايرد ع الواتس اب ولا الاتصال... اتمنى لهم التوفيق
 Their products are great, their fault is if you ask from their staff, they tell you from 4 to 5 days, with a lot of delivery, because the orders come from Riyadh, they do not have a warehouse in Jeddah, and unfortunately I ordered on 11/23/2021 and until today 12/1/2022 I hope the administration will solve the delivery problem because if you lack anything You have to stop the work for a week, depending on what you receive your request and the number you put on the site. It is busy during the morning. If you call after 5 in the afternoon, the line will be held with you and the automated response will pick you up during the working period from 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. And the number of the employee on the invoice does not reply to WhatsApp or call... I wish them success

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوا المعارض اللي دخلتها للأسف مافي مهنية من الموظفين للعملاء ، دخلت المعرض عشان اشتري غرض ما حسيت إني داخل غابة لا يوجد بها أحد جميع الموظفين في غياب تام وكلن على مكتبه ولا كأن أحد دخل المعرض.
تجربة لن تتكرر بإذن الله تعالى
One of the worst exhibitions that I have entered, unfortunately, there is no professional staff for clients. I entered the exhibition to buy something. I did not feel that I was in a forest where there was no one, all employees were in complete absence, and they were at his desk, as if no one entered the exhibition.
An experience that will not be repeated, God willing

السبب الاول الموظف عطاني كلمة وقالي تعال بعد اسبوعين تحصل البضاعه موجودة(شطافات الحمام) ولا يحتاج تعمل طلب تجي تستلم وتمشي
ولما جيت اسال عن مدير المعرض قالي مو موجود وقعد يعابط ويقلي مستحيل الموظف يقلك معلومة زي كذا
السبب الثاني فكرة انه تطلب وتستلم بعد كم يوم ترا جدااا سيئة و يقلك ماعندنا مستودع فجدة !!! يعني مو معقول يجي زبون يبغا شطاف ينتظر كم يوم طيب ليش انتظر اروح محل ثاني واشتري كذا انتو خسرتو زبون بسوء تنظيمكم وادارتكم
يعني كان المفترض توفرو الاشياء الصغيرة هذي بكمية معقولة خاصة بعد الافتتاح لان هذا وقت صناعة سمعتكم في جدة للي مايعرفكم
لكن انا اشهد لهم ب جودة بضاعتهم و تنوعها
I'm missing two stars for two reasons
The first reason is the employee gave me a word and said, “Come, after two weeks, the goods will be available (bathroom showerheads) and he does not need to make a request to come and receive and walk.”
And when I came to ask about the director of the exhibition, he said that he is not present, and he sat babbling and frying. It is impossible for the employee to tell you information like this
The second reason is the idea that you order and receive after how many days you see very bad and pick you up, we don't have a warehouse in Jeddah!!! I mean, it is not possible for a customer who wants to come to the shower and wait for how many days, so why should I wait to go to another store and buy like this? You lost a customer due to your bad organization and management
I mean, you were supposed to provide these small things in a reasonable quantity, especially after the opening, because this is the time to make your reputation in Jeddah for those who don't know you
But I vouch for the quality and diversity of their merchandise

اشتري من عندهم من اول ما فتحوا بجدة
مشكلتهم عدم توفر البضائع بمستودعهم فقط بالطلب
تنوع الأدوات الصحية عندهم رااااائع
Their merchandise is beautiful, their prices are always high
Buy from them from the first time they opened in Jeddah
Their problem is that the goods are not available in their warehouse only by order
The variety of sanitary ware they have is wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معرض ممتاز بكل تفاصيله وبضاعة رغم انها غالية بس جميلة ، ونشكر اختياركم للاستاذ محمد مدير الفرع انسان خلوق ومحترم ومتعاون وجداً متفهم العمل ، للأمانة في البداية وجدت السعر عالي بالنسبة لي ولكن بعد شرحه لنا عن الجودة والفرق بينها وبين البضاعة الأرخص اقتنعت ?? وعند التركيب وجدت الفرق
An excellent exhibition with all its details and merchandise, although it is expensive, but beautiful, and we thank you for choosing Professor Mohamed, the branch manager, a generous, respectful, cooperative person, and very understanding of work. To be honest, at first, I found the price high for me, but after explaining to us about the quality and the difference between it and the cheaper goods, I was convinced ?? and upon installation I found the difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الوضع في فرع جدّة غير معقول تطلب طلبيه وتختار نوع البورسلان وتدفع القيمة كاملة ويوصلك بعد 3 اسابيع نوع مختلف عن اختيارك ويقلك غلطه والحل يبغو يحملوني قيمة الشحن مره اخري وانتظر شهرين تعجيز عشان ما اغير الطلبيه ما هذا التعامل وتشوف سناب صاحب المحل تشعر انك في كوكب اخر من الاحترافية في التعامل محل صغير في اخر الشارع يعرف يسجل طلبات الزبائن بكل دقة هنا الوضع غير جيد تختار لون فاتح يوصلك لون غامق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان انيق ومرتب انواع البلاط كثيره ومتجددة واخر تشكيلات الموضة الادوات الصحية متميزين فيها لعدم وفرتها باسواق جدة العيب الوحيد ارتفاع الاسعار وقد يكون لها بديل بالاماكن الاخرى!!
