السراميك والرخام ممتاز لكن عندهم وقت الاستلام لا بد تتأكد من السراميك يكون بحالة جيدة لانه استلمت مجموعة كبيرة ومن ضمنها ١٠ كراتين السراميك مكسور وارجع لهم يقول غيره من المستودع مو مسؤوليتنا مسؤلية المستودع والمستودع بعيد وهذا يعتبر سوء تعامل منهم

The short review: There are many problems with this company, please avoid. Saudi employees don't know what happens in the work shop (the workers there none of them are Saudi and don't know how to cut material, see picture), they talk nice and smile to you (Muhammad in this location and Al Baraaq in the south on old mecca road) but they have no quality control and what they say is not true about their product, sadly. Also they do not deliver and the materials have cracks that you cant see when buying. If for kitchen in large pieces avoid and look to another store. The honesty of employees: i.e. you agree to pruchase based on tile being cut from one slab, i.e. you want get veins and features that flow together. Mohamad at the east Jeddah location, says yes, oh course. You are shown a sample here at mecca location and you agree but they fail to cut it the correct way and give you different pieces! When you place the white marble in your kitchen the lines are all messed up. "Is this material good for kitchen?" Yes, 100 percent. Mia Mia!! They say. No it's not good for kitchen counter. If you want kitchen counter only buy fake man made marble. I sent Muhamad a video about my dissatisfaction and he didn't even reply. He works at this location in the front left side by the window with the marble slabs display. Anyway thx for the reply! You have to pick up the item yourself: They do not trust their products enough to have them delivered so they leave it to you to take it and install it. Probably because the material cracks. As I noticed after my counter was installed. And because the product is not what you wanted. But after you install it you cant bring it back! You can't check your material you pay for: They wrap your items up all together in strong bind and wood. You cannot look inside to see is this the sample they cut for you, you cannot check the color. Only from the outside pieces. When I was taking some time to make sure about what I got cause I thought it wasnt cut from one sample one of the workers said "Yala Muhammad" as in "just go stop looking at what you bought and leave". I asked one man at the gate. "Listen I was told my item would be cut from one piece so the color and veins match." He said to me "I don't see any problem if it wasn't cut from one piece". Quality of the material: When you purchase your product (it's not the sample they will use anything, as in my case) it is not as described. It will stain easily and shouldn't be used in the kitchen. Quality of the workers: They have no idea what they are doing. I'm an engineer. When you put pressure on concrete, or marble, or natural stone, the strength of the material causes it not to break or crack. When you put tension, for example when you pull it or cut it the wrong way you will get chips falling off. In the picture shown for my shower there is a cracked piece and they put glue/epoxy and put the pieces back covering their mistake. If you touch it hard the piece came off. THETA1
