الموظفين اغلبهم ما حضر الا ٨ ونص واغلب الكراسي فاضية ، وبطء شديد في الاجراءات والارقام ماتوصل الا متأخرة ، نظرا لانشغال اغلب الموظفين اما بالجوالات او السواليف هذا غير المعاملة السيئة بشكل عام ..
تسيب واضح وتطفيش للمراجعين ، دقيت على ١٩٠٠ اشتكي ، قالوا رح كلم مدير المركز قلت مدير المركز اساسا يبي له من يتابعه اذا كل هالتسيب مايدري عنه رغم وجود كاميرات !! رحت قابلت المشرف وقلت له الملاحظات قالي تبي اوريك بصمتي !! قلت ما لي دخل ببصمتك بس مهوب ندوركم من ما نلقى احد على المكاتب !!
واكبر دليل حتى مايكلفون انفسهم يردون هنا ويسمعون شكاوي الناس ??

Most of the employees only attended 8 and a half and most of the chairs were empty, and the procedures and numbers were very slow and arrived only late, due to the preoccupation of most of the employees either with mobile phones or sideburns. This is not bad treatment in general..
Obvious laxity and squandering of the auditors. I called 1900 to complain. They said, I will call the director of the center. I told the director of the center basically that he wants someone to follow him. If all this is left behind, he does not know about him despite the presence of cameras!! I went to meet the supervisor and told him the notes. He said you want me to show you my mark!! I said, I don't have access to your fingerprint, but I am terrified that we will turn to you when we find no one at the offices!!
And the biggest evidence is that they even make themselves reply here and hear people's complaints ??
