★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عند مراجعة بعض المستوصفات أو الاسواق أو بعض الشركات التي تكثر عليها الزحام نلاحظ ان تلك المنشآت لا يوجد عندهم حراس أمن لحفظ الامن وتنظيم الحشود المزدحمة فإذا كان هذا من مهام الضبط الاداري لارغام المنشآت توفير حراس أمن فأن دور الضبط الاداري للاسف غائب
