اذا عندك مشكلة مع شركة الطيران لا يستقبلون شكواك الا بعد ان تقدم شكوى للناقل وتنتظر 15 ساعة للرد وان لم يردو عليك ولم تمت من قهر تسلط الناقل فقدم شكاواك
الحل بسيط جدا ولكم في تجربة وزارة الحج خير مثال حيث كنا سابقا نبحث ونسال عن شركة الحج المتميزة والموثوقه
اما الان وبعد ظبط الوزارة للشركات بتطبيق النظام وبشده فاختر اي شركة وانت مرتاح البال
نحن في مرحلة طفرة ونهظه عظيمة بقيادة صاحب الرؤية الطموحة 2030
اتمنى من هيئة الطيران المدني مواكبة هذة المرحلة
حفظ الله البلاد والعباد وقادتنا من كل شر ومكروه
