★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. There is pool, gym, mosque, ladies hall, Men hall, breakfast restaurants. Too many varieties for food. Well decoded hotel. Al haram is 5 minutes far by car. And taxi take only 10 sr to go to masjid al haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked through Agoda but when I reached the hotel, they said they are not accepting bookings through Agoda and I had to pay more and book the room again. I have no idea why the hotel is showing in Agoda when they are not accepting the reservations through the website??!!!
The hotel shuttle drops you at safa marwa bus stop which is a long walk to Abdul Aziz gate.
The taxis charge 20 riyals to Haram but they ask for 40-50-60-80 on the way back to hotel after taraweeh. The best option is to take taxi to Haram and catch a free bus from Haram (bab abdul aziz) to aziziyah jonubiyah (south) immediately after taraweeh is complete. The buses drops you near the hotel.
The basement parking is 50riyals per day. You may find a free spot in some alley behind the hotel.
The hotel is grand. The rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets are a bit small.
There is a barber shop close by which is very crowded at times. Don’t expect any restaurants near the hotel.
Over all I liked my stay.

Clean room
Washroom was good
Just the shuttle buses should be two to ease the journey of pilgrims or people who are coming for umrah and staying in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in Aziziya area about 3 km from Al Haram. The receipt staff were good and cooperative. But room service was very poor. I had to run behind them to arrange room supplies, call is not enough. They won’t have shuttle bus for Alharam. The area don’t have any restaurants which is a big problem.

Room service is slow to do the work.
Reception number not picking up calls
Bus driver not picking call or have a language issue not knowing arabic or english well.
Shuttle should have two in number to ease the traffic of passengers from hotel to bus stand.

The prices in ramadhan are quite high and they do not accept online reservations through agoda though you get confirmation but you can manage it by good diplomacy alhamduillah.
The breakfast menu is offering a variety of choices but no fruits or cereals.
The location is very good.
Very unfriendly reception staff.
