★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is a problem. And there is no shuttle service of the hotel itself. The guests use the shuttle of nearby hotels which are very rare, and have to wait long time at Haram station, there is no certainty anyways.
The other problem is language, we don't find any English speaking staff there. So you cannot get guidance. Other than these two issues, the rest is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for the month of Ramadan. The overall stay was very good. Starting from the guys at the reception to the housekeeping team.
The furniture is a bit old but still good and the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
There’s a shuttle bus to Haram and you can take a taxi from across the street for 5 SAR per person. Or you can walk 10 minutes and take the bus for 6 SAR return ticket.
There’s a masjid just behind the hotel to pray if you are not going to Haram. And there’s also a grocery,laundry and two local restaurant nearby.
I have only three concerns. First, they have a strange housekeeping policy that requires a guest to be in the room while cleaning. Second, soundproofing, the A/C noise from outdoor units was sometimes very annoying. Third, no pharmacy around.
الفندق جميل. أقمت به طوال شهر رمضان ١٤٤٠ ب٣٦٠٠ ريال غرفة مزدوجة (سرير كبير). الغرفة واسعة و الأثاث قديم نوعا ما و لكن جيد. والسرير مريح.
الشباب في الاستقبال مضيافين جدا الله يجازيهم خير.
يوجد باص للحرم قبل الصلوات و يمكنك تأخذ تاكسي من الناحية المقابلة من الشارع للحرم ب٥ ريال للفرد او ١٥ ريال للعائلة. و يمكن تمشي ١٠ دقايق لمحطة الباصات و التذكرة ب٦ ريال ذهاب و عودة.
يوجد مسجد خلف الفندق مباشرة و بقالتين و مغسلة و مطعمين قريبين جدا.
لدي ثلاث مآخذ علي الإقامة في فندق القمة اطلس
١- تستلزم سياسة الفندق وجود النزيل في الغرفة اثناء التنظيف!!
٢- ضوضاء المكيفات شديدة و في بعض الأحيان مزعجة جدا
٣- لا يوجد صيدلية قريبة
