★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a month earlier for 2 rooms and I arrived yesterday at 5 pm and shocking they confirmed that I paid for 2 rooms for me but cant not provide the rooms .
we are a family that travelled all the way to perform umrah and I have luggage and kids and we are fasting and room is not available when I have invoice of payment ??. I had to leave and travel back to Jeddah and cancel my umrah for me and my family. what about my loss and money paid ? no one answer from the hotel unfortunately

- Hot water constantly running out.
o ventilation in the bathroom (No window or extractor fan).
The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
ould go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two-faced staff.

You cant sleep at all, staff always waking you up with noise and i have been woken up three times to leave the hotel in a rude manner even when my stay wasnt over ( “kharij “in his words). Rude staff rude staff rude staff. Even the restaurant rude. Very rude. Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Experience ever since 20yrs of travelling..I booked and pay in advance when arrived they telling me not availability ur double room . Just 4bid room .and I have to pay the extra money for that. All guys in reception have the rules from supervisor..(Egyptians) . Agoda try to contact them but not responding... I have all voice recorded for this thives Gang..so I have no choice just pay extra...and for me I will share all the times the Violet Hotel bad experience in all reviews Sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent investment by owner. Poor customer service especially at check-in, perhaps due to peak period. Never able to use shuttle service. Difficult communication for non-Arabic speakers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, extremely fancy, the rooms are clean and comfy, so is the bathroom, the laundry service is really good too, didn't get the chance to try the buffet but my friends had nothing bad to say about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were very clean and neat. There was a cleaning brush left in the shower but I think that was just a mistake. Beautiful building with huge ceilings. The staff was nice but not very helpful when I asked for scissors the front desk said they don't have any which makes no sense for a front desk to not have scissors
