★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالنسبة للكادر الطبي الدكتور محمد عامر اخصائي الجراحة جيد و الدكتور عبدالعزيز العمرو فوق التقييم ماشاءالله حريص على صحة الفم والأسنان ممكن البعض يتردد عشان الاسعار بس النتيجة مثالية أهم شيء في علاجات الأسنان جودة المواد ومهارة الطبيب..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل غير موفق أول مرة وأخر مرة مع انة كان معي تحويل من دكتوري للدكتور عبدالعزيز لكن مع الأسف ماستفدت شي من سوء التعامل
I dealt unsuccessfully the first time and the last time, although I had a referral from my doctor to Dr. Abdulaziz, but unfortunately I did not benefit from the mishandling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف اذا كشف لزراعه الدكتور بعدها يستلم الشغل غيرة .. شيء مؤسف كنت اتمنى يزرع لي الدكتور عبدالعزيز بنفسه ع مدح الناس .. لكن صار غير متواجد دائم ? والاسعار مرتفعه كمان ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ راجعت عند الدكتور الجراح محمد عامر لخلع ضرس ولفت انتباهي مهنيته التي ظهرت فيما يلي:
١. قبل عمل أشعة سألني إن كانت لدي صورة إشاعة للسن.
٢. بعدما طالع الإشاعة سألني لماذا قررت خلع الضرس بدلًا من عمل علاج عصب له؟ فأخبرته بأني قد راجعت أخصائي أعصاب قبل فأخبرني بتعذر عمل علاج عصب للضرس وأن الحل خلعه... فقال أقترح أن تسمع رأيًا ثانيًا من أخصائي عصب آخر وإذا توافقوا خلعته لك لأنه بينما يمكن العودة لخيار الخلع في أي وقت فإنه يستحيل النظر في الخيارات الثانية بعده...
بطبيعة الحال هذا الرأي ليس في صالح الدكتور من الناحية المادية المباشرة بل إنه كلفه وقتًا حيث أخبرته بأن ضرسي يؤلمني فقام بإزالة الحشوة (لتخفيف الضغط) ووضع حشوة مؤقتة لحين مراجعتي لأخصائي الأعصاب (وهذا تم احتسابه ضمن تكلفة الكشفية!)
أخيرًا موظفو الاستقبال وموظفو حجز المواعيد كلهن كانوا لطفاء أيضًا .. سأنصح بالعيادة بطبيعة الحال
I went to the surgeon Dr. Muhammad Amer for a tooth extraction, and he drew my attention to his professionalism, which appeared as follows:
1. Before getting an x-ray, he asked me if I had a dental X-ray.
2. After reading the rumor, he asked me why I decided to extract the molar instead of doing a nerve treatment for it? So I told him that I had seen a neurologist before, and he told me that it was not possible to do a root canal treatment for the tooth and that the solution was to remove it... He said I suggest that you hear a second opinion from another neurologist and if they agree, I take it off for you because while the option of extraction can be reverted at any time, it is impossible to consider the second options afterwards. ..
Of course, this opinion is not in favor of the doctor from a direct financial point of view. Rather, it cost him time, as I told him that my tooth was hurting, so he removed the filling (to relieve pressure) and put a temporary filling until I went to the neurologist (and this was calculated in the scouting cost!)
Finally the reception staff and the appointment booking staff were all nice too.. I will definitely recommend the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الدكتور معتز بالله طلب مني الانتظار وطوال فترة الانتظار جالس على جواله ورافع الصوت ( ماسوتها المستوصفات الحكومية وهي مجانية ) بندفع فلوس مافيه احترام ، ننتظر لوجود مريض طبيعي أما مشغول بمتابعة مقطع بالجوال ?
طلبت تغييره الاستقباله غيره مباشرة
المستوصف اذا يبي عملاء لازم يطور مهارات كادره الطبي والاداري ، يمكن المستوصف مايعرف أن الاسنان منتشره بكل حي والخيارات كثيره .
