كانت ومازالت دكتورة رائعه بمعنى الكلمة ، أنصح لمن يعاني من مشكلة في الأسنان أن يذهب إليها ، ذوق وإسلوب وتعامل فوق الرائع وخفة يد

 Regarding my experience with the dentist: Rania
She was and still is a wonderful doctor in the true sense of the word. I would advise anyone who suffers from a dental problem to go to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله مايستحق ولا نجمة:) برمضان اتعب و اروح قبل الاذان بنص ساعة يقولي الاستقبال قفلنا مافيه دكاتره ! بقالة انتم ؟؟ ولا دكاتره مناوبين فاتحين على الفاضي :)
واليوم اروح ابي طبيب اطفال يقولي بإجازة والطبيب العام مايستقبل اطفال الا من سنه وفوق طيب والحل !!
مافيه حل لانهم لايحلون ولا يربطون بيخسرون على تعاملهم هذا والمفروض يستغلون الوضع لانهم المستوصف الوحيد بالمحافظة بس سوا التعامل وسوا الادارة خلاهم كذا ?
By God, he does not deserve a star :) In Ramadan I get tired and go half an hour before the call to prayer, they say the reception is closed, there are no doctors! Grocery Nor alternate doctors open to the empty :)
Today, I go to my father, a pediatrician, and he says on vacation, and the general doctor receives children only from one year and above, and the solution is good!!
There is no solution because they do not solve or connect, they lose for their dealings, and they are supposed to take advantage of the situation because they are the only clinic in the governorate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتنا كانت مع الدكتورة رانيا جمال بقسم الأسنان، بكل صراحة هي أفضل وأصدق دكتورة تعاملنا معاها ولنا سنتين تقريباً مانراجع أسنان إلا عندها لانها قمة في الإحترام مع جميع المراجعين سواءً صغار أو كبار، وكذلك خفة يدها في الشغل، وتعاملها جداً لطيف. الله يوفقها هالدكتورة.
Our experience was with Dr. Rania Jamal in the dental department, frankly speaking, she is the best and most honest doctor we have dealt with, and we have had almost two years of dental visits except for her because she is highly respectful of all the auditors, whether young or old, as well as her sleight of hand at work, and her treatment is very nice. God bless her Dr.

هاد انسانه نفسها خايسه ومنكاده من الدكتوره وجمالها حتي ما عابت في خدمه الليزر ياللي تلقتها لكن علي روقان الدكتوره قاعده تتشمس بالصباح تعالي شوفي بالمسا كيف الوضع والله مبتقعد بمكتبها ورغم ذلك ما تقصر مع حدا منا وخاصه الليزر العيادات الاخري ما بندخل علي الدكتوره ولا بتصرفلنا كريمات الا مره وعليها والتعامل مع الممرضه ولو حبينا ندخل بندفع كشف كل مره
حسبيا الله عليكي وعلي اسلوبك الوقح مع الدكتوره .والله ما شفت بأخلاقها حدا و ضميرها في مجال كثر فيه الاستغلاليين وتختارلك الصح وكتير منا دخل التجميل والليزر علي يدها وكلنا ثقه فيها بتهتم بأدق التفاصيل مش بس تنظرنا وهذه شهاده حق برقبتي حقك علينا حنا يا دكتوره هذي واحده ما بتمثل غير نفسها الخايسه

God suffices you and your rude style with the doctor. By God, I have not seen anyone with her morals and conscience in a field in which there are many exploiters and she chooses the right and many of us entered plastic surgery and laser on her hand, and we all trust her. She pays attention to the smallest details, not just looking at us. What does she represent but herself?

أول مره جيتهم بولدي كان يوم جمعه وقالوا لي تأمينك مغطى عندنا ولكن ما أضيف عندنا في النظام ادفع كاش دفعت كاش وقالوا بنظيفه حتى الدكتور قال ما عندنا تحاليل اذا زاد تعبه وده للمستشفى البكيرية ما ادري ليش فاتحين طوارئ وماعندهم خدمات.
ثاني مره جيته بولدي ثاني عليه حراره جيتهم وقالوا نفس الشي تأمينك مغطى عندنا ولكن ما أضيف عندنا في النظام طلبت من الموظفة اتواصل مع مسؤول قالت لي ما اقدر اعطيك رقم اي شخص،
(مستوصف خاص مافيه مسؤول يخدمنا حنا جايين بفلوسنا مع اني ما احب اقول هالكلام ولكن اجبرونا على هالشي) حتى اضطريت ادفع وقالي الموظف اللي جيته المساء اللي حولتني عليه الموظفة وقالي هاللحين اضفناه ولكن فلوسك ما راح ترجع ولا تتعب نفسك وقال شف الادارة زي قولت ترجاهم .
اي ادارة بالفشل هذا مستوصف مافيه شخص مسؤول نقدر نتواصل معه والمصيبة ان الدكتور اللي زرناه يبغى يعطي الطفل مضاد حيوي في بداية التهاب بالحلق تهاون بموظوع المضاد عندهم زي شرب الموية على اي شي خذ مضاد،
اذا كان هذا أسلوبكم ومنهجكم ماراح تتطورون
الموظفة اللي بالاستقبال تحتاج تدريب للتعامل مع المراجعين.
The worst deal I had with them:
The first time I came to them for my son was on a Friday and they told me that your insurance is covered by us, but what we have in the system is to pay cash. I paid cash, and they said it was clean. Even the doctor said we don’t have tests if he gets tired, and this is for the Bukayriya hospital, I don’t know why they opened an emergency and they don’t have services.
The second time I came to my second son, he has a temperature, and they said the same thing. Your insurance is covered by us, but what was added to us in the system. I asked the employee to contact an official. She told me that I could not give you the number of anyone,
(Private dispensary, there is no official to serve us, we are here with our money, although I do not like to say this, but they forced us to do this) until I had to pay and the employee told me that the evening came to which the employee turned me to, and he said, “Well, we added it, but your money will not come back and do not tire yourself.”
Any administration, if this is a dispensary, there is no responsible person we can communicate with, and the problem is that the doctor we visited wanted to give the child an antibiotic at the beginning of a sore throat, and he neglected their antibiotics, like drinking water over anything that took an antibiotic,
If this is your style and approach, you will not evolve
The receptionist needs training to deal with the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه ما ادري ايش اقول على الدكتوره رضوى دكتوره صدق يا جماعه الواحد يروح لها وهو مرتاح يدها مره خفيفه ما تحسين بالألم. انا سويت عندها عمليه جراحه بضرسي والله ما حسيت بالألم يدها مره خفيفه و اسلوبها بالكلاام يخليكك تحبين انك تروحون عندها. دكتوره رضوى احمد مصريه تستحق كل الشكر. شكراً دكتوره❤️
