التجاوب مع الاتصال سيء جدا جدا جدا جدا جدا?????????? أرجو من المالك إعادة النظر وتوجيه العاملين وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال يستاهل اقل من نجمه انا عندي ملف واجي انا وعيالي ومازال البنات اللي بالاستقبال يبي لهم اعاده نظر بصراحة الله يهديهن مافيه تجاوب ثلاث على جهاز واحد ماينفع معهم اللباقه والله كلهن مع مريض واحد والبقيه ينتظرون ويتكلمن من طرف خشمها بعكس مستوصف القمه الموظفات ماشاء الله سرعه بالخدمه وتجاوب
الرجاء من المالك اعاده النظر وتوجيه الموظفات الى الدقه في العمل وسرعه الانجاز ومخاطبة المرضى وعدم العشوائيه
اما قسم المختبر ممتاز
ايضا جربت الصدريه كذلك جيد
ودكتور نجم ماشاء الله ممتاز
والطوارئ ممتاز
الممرضات كذلك سرعه في العمل

نفسه ب خشمه وكأني جاي لبيته وبدون مقابل
وماتطلع من عنده دون ماتحلل حتى لو فيك مغص والفايده له

جامعين المراجعين بمربع ثلاثه متر في عشره متر وفاتحين ابواب العيادات على هالمساحه الصغيرة والناس واقفه من الزحمه
يخرب بيت فن الادارة اللي يعرفه مالك المستوصف
الدكتور طاهر كان يشحص المرضى وباب العيادة مفتوحة
وايضا دكتور المسالك متحمس جدا اذا الموضوع فيه تامين
ويشخص بعض الاحيان وباب العيادة مفتوحة
علب عينات البول والبراز يسلمونها ويستلمونها قدام الناس بدون اكياس للعلب
المختبر مليان من المراجعين
الممرضات متنرفزات جدا جدا والاطباء مصريين بدون ادنى انسانية وذوق واحترام وضاعه
و فوضى فوضى فوضى
لا انصح بزيارته نهائيا
يذكرني بمستشفى الزلفي قبل ٤٠ سنه
