في مغسلة الجبر قصعة في حدود ٣٠ ريال وعند الرهدن اكثر من ٥٢ ريال لنفس القطعة.
ليس هناك عذر أبدا فتظافر الجهود في رفع الأسعار غير صحي
I only give them 2 stars because of the prices.
In the al-Jabr laundry, a bowl is about 30 riyals, and in the Rahdan more than 52 riyals for the same piece.
There is never an excuse, for concerted efforts to raise prices are unhealthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر مبالغ فيه جداً وخاصة قبل العيد فستان قبل العيد حسابه ٤٥﷼ و بعد العيد ٢٥﷼ و كلها غاليه بس استغلال بالعيد النقطة الثانية عند استلام الفستان وجدت عليه اثار دعس بالجزمة اكرمكم الله والاثر واضح و لم استلمه طلبت اعادة غسله ويالله وافق
The price is very exaggerated, especially before Eid. A dress before Eid is 45 ﷼ and after Eid 25 ﷼, and they are all expensive, but the use of the feast. The second point when I received the dress, I found traces of stepping on the boots, God bless you. The effect is clear, and I did not receive it.

ولو فيه اقل من النجمه اعطيتهم
مغسل تيشيرت جديد علماً اني محرص على العامل بالغسيل وينتبه له شاريه قيمته 2,000 ﷼
واعدموه علي
والتعويض ؟؟قالو 40 ﷼ وبنزودك بخليها 80 ريال!!!
من افشللل المغاسل الي تعاملت معها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوأ المغاسل اللي تعاملت معاها أمانةً.. ماتوقعناكم كذا ي مغاسل الرهدن .. كانت التجربه الاولى والاخيره ،، حيث طلبت غسيل 4 تيشرت لاطفالي .. ولكني في يوم الاستلام تفاجأت باان البقع لازالت في الملابس .. رفعنا ملاحظه ولكن لم يكن هناك اي تعويض او كسب للزبون وارضاؤه .. للاسف من افشل واسوأ المغاسل التي لم تضبط عملها جيداً ..
One of the worst laundries that I dealt with honestly.. We did not expect you to be like this at Al Rahden Laundries.. It was the first and last experience, where I asked to wash 4 T-shirts for my children.. But on the day of receipt I was surprised that the stains were still on the clothes.. We made a note but there was no compensation Or gain the customer and satisfy him.. Unfortunately, who is the worst and worst of the laundries that did not control their work well..

Needs to focus when returning clothes to customers because sometimes the return wrong clothes (it is happening very rare but important to solve problem). Ironing needs to be improved to match the quality of the cleaning. The have very good quality soap and good service for travel clothes wrapping.
