★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جبت لهم زوليه يغسلونها رجعوها لي زي ما عطيتهم بس سوو لها مكنسه يلعبون علينا من الاخر نصيحه لا احد يغسل عندهم
I forced them to wash it, they returned it to me like what I gave them, but it just had a broom playing on us from the other an advice that no one washes with them

وخرجت كملابس قديمة.
الياقات بعد الكوي يفترض ان لا يزر الزرارين وترص بعدها الثياب على بعض وتتلف عليك الياقات
يفترض ان يزر زرار واحد فقط.
والكوي كما هو موضح في الصور.
وتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وتم افادتي بأنه يجب اعادة الثياب الى المغسلة والا لن يتم رفع طلب معالجه.
المشكلة ليست في صيانة الخلل
المشكلة في ان الخلل سيتكرر في كل مرة ان لم يعدل الاجراء لديكم.
I entered the laundry as new clothes
It came out like old clothes.
The collars after ironing should not be buttoned, then the clothes should be stacked together and the collars should be worn out
It is supposed to only button one button.
And ironing as shown in the pictures.
The customer service was contacted and I was informed that the clothes must be returned to the laundry, otherwise the request for treatment will not be submitted.
The problem is not in the maintenance of the defect
The problem is that the glitch will recur every time if you don't modify your procedure.
