H	Hashim Gharbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازه النظافه والتعامل والشقق .. ماعدا المواقف لا يوجد والتموينات الغذائيه لا يوجد ولكن الطلب يوصل الشقه بالجوال. المنطقه شبه حيويه.. ولكن عن بقيتها هي الأفضل من فئتها Excellent cleaning, dealing and apartments .. Except the positions are not there and food supplies are not there, but the request connects the apartment mobile. The region is almost vital ... but the rest is the best of its class
M	Musroma1390 labani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميع الخدمات ممتازه ورائعه من جميع موظفي الفندق .. وتعامل راقي جدا من الجميع .. قريب جدا لعدة مطاعم جيده All the services are excellent and wonderful from all the hotel staff.. and a very classy treatment from everyone.. very close to several good restaurants
L	Laila Sulaiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق تعتبر جيده وسعرها الشهري أيضا جيد بالنسبة لشقق الرياض قليل تلقى شهري بهذا السعر لكن فيه بعض المشاكل ١ ازعاج المحلات الي تحت ما نقدر ننام بسببهم ٢ عمال النظافة جدا بطيئين ساعه عشان ينضفون الشقه The apartments are considered good and their monthly price is also good for Riyadh apartments. Few receive monthly at this price, but there are some problems 1 The inconvenience of the shops below that we cannot sleep because of them 2 cleaners are very slow an hour to clean the apartment
A	Alllp alsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاسره غير مريحة والمراتب مستهلكه بما فيه كفاية النظافه مره كل اسبوع ونظافه مش حالك ما يغيرون المفارش فقط مسح الارضيات الكنب فيه روايح ومقطع وغير مريح النوافذ كلها غبار وتراب ولما طلبته ينظفها قال طلبك غريب مافيه مواقف النهار من الساعه ٦ الصباح شغل وازعاج الى المغرب اليماني في الاستقبال شغال مراقبه للداخل والخارج وهذا الشي ما اعجبني ابدا يحتاجون اعادة تاهيل كامل نصيحة لا احد يجيهم سعرهم غالي مقابل الخدمه اللي تجيب الهم The beds are uncomfortable and the mattresses are worn out enough Cleanliness is once a week and cleanliness is not the case, they do not change the bedspreads, only mop the floors The sofa has smells and is cut and uncomfortable The windows are all dust and dirt, and when I asked him to clean them, he said your request is strange No parking The day is from 6 in the morning, busy and noisy until sunset Al-Yamani at the reception is working as a monitor inside and outside, and this is something that I never liked They need a complete rehabilitation, advice no one comes to them Their price is high for the service that answers them
S	Sharey Als on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر مرتفع، لكن قبلته بسبب الموقع الجيد. الإنشاءات بالمحلات تحت الشقق لا تتوقف، وتبدأ من الساعة السادسة والربع فجراً حتى بعطل نهاية الأسبوع. تحدثت مع موظف الاستقبال كم مرة لكن أسلوبه كان جداً سيء. لا نحظى بنوم جيد وفوق هذا حتى الاجتماعات عن بعد كانت محرجة مع صوت التصليحات والتي كانت تطغى على صوتي. بهذا السعر ستجدون شقق أرقى في التعامل وأكثر هدوءاً. The price is high, but I accepted it because of the good location. The construction in the shops under the apartments does not stop, and starts from six and a quarter in the morning until the weekends. We don't get a good sleep and on top of that even the remote meetings were awkward with the sound of the repairs drowning out my voice. At this price, you will find more comfortable and quieter apartments.
